BJP, NC, Cong perfect in making political gimmicks: Bhasin | | | Jammu, Dec 11 : Alleging BhartiyaJanta Party (BJP), National Conference as well as Congress leadership of exploiting public sentiments to gain power through political gimmicking, Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) official candidate for Jammu West Assembly segment said that such parties are without any development related agenda. Bhasin addressed series of meetings at Rajpura Ward number 29 where prominent political activists including Vinay Sharma, Pritipal Singh and Nihal joined hands with PDP. He said Congress is losing ground in the state which was evident from the rally of Sonia Gandhi at M.A stadium where people rushed out of the venue as soon as she started addressing few thousands of people present in the rally. Similar was the view of National Conference rallies in Nagrota as well as Vijaypur where Chief Minister of the State himself failed to attract few thousands of people as commoners are fed up with the anti-people policies of National Conference. He said nearing end of the six year long coalition between NC and Congress, Omar played multiple tricks to express his sympathy with the public, but the ultimate decision maker in the democracy i.e. public knows very well whom to throne and whom to dethrone from the chair. "Similarly, Congress party after parting ways with NC nearing assembly elections came up with certain new political tricks like demand for Hindu CM in Jammu and rebuilding of Kashmir after the flash floods in the state but both the plans have fallen flat as public didn't endorse their decisions knowing their ultimate is nothing other than cheating public", said Bhasin. Others who accompanied Bhasin were senior leader R. K. Bali, Ashok Jogi, PuneetJamwal, Geeta Thakur, DavinderDogra, Suresh Gupta, Vikram Singh, Sham Sharma, K.D. Singh, Om Parkash, Varinder Sharma, Majeet and Mukesh. |
