Panthers Party resolves to fight all communal, sectarian forces

Jammu, Feb 15: An important meeting of the Working Committee of JKNPP was held in Jammu. Harsh Dev Singh, Chairman JKNPP chaired the meeting. JKNPP Advisor, Bansi Lal Sharma objected for the dilution of JKNPP into the so called JPUF (Jammu Pradesh United Front) which has not been conceived yet. He said that Panthers Party should take the lead for strengthening the movement for reorganization of J&K and strongly opposed its associating with so called JPUF. The members of the working committee supported Bansi Lal Sharma on this point. Various Panthers party leaders in one voice the Working Committee declared the Panthers Party shall not align with any communal, sectarian or anti-national party at any stage. The Working Committee also declared that PDP and BJP alliance to shall the interest of the people of Jammu shall not be tolerated. It declared that Panthers Party shall continue its movement for the establishment of Jammu Dogra Pahari State for the reorganization of the state and there shall be no compromise with the communal, corrupt or anti-national forces.
Harsh Dev Singh indicated that the fresh elections for the chairman post shall be held on 23rd March 2015 and the State Secretariat shall be dissolved as per Constitution. He advised all the District Presidents to take up membership drive in each district and complete the membership of one lakh by 15th March 2015.
He gave a clear call that the Panthers Party shall not compromise with any opportunist, communal or sectarian group because the party stands for a secular, democratic and reorganization of Jammu and Kashmir with the two separate Chief Ministers for each region with separate recruitments, separate Civil Secretariat, separate Budget and equitable of financial assistance to Jammu and Kashmir between the two regions Kashmir Valley and Jammu Pradesh. The Panthers Party Working Committee resolve that it shall work on its own for the reorganization of the J&K and equity to all sections of the people e.g. Delimitation, full civil rights to all refugees from Pakistan and POK, jobs to all unemployed, regularization of services to SPOs, contractual employees, VDCs, SSB and NYC volunteers in Jammu and Kashmir. It also demanded implementation of SC order on the writ petitions of the pp for all floods victims, Jammu migrants and the migrants from the international border. It supported the movement for PoK refugees and other allotees for ownership rights with mutation rights to all allotees of evacuee and custodian property.
