NC calls for special Legislative session 4/26/2015 12:01:47 AM Srinagar, Apr 25 : Hailing the decision of Governor N. N Vohra of returning the draft Ordinance of the PDP-BJP Government on the New Recruitment Policy, opposition National Conference (NC) today sought special session of the State Legislature to discuss and deliberate the burgeoning unemployment problem. "Special session has become imperative in view of the one after another anti-youth measures being brought in by the insensitive and vision-less Coalition Government", Provincial President Devender Sing Rana according to a statement said during a press conference in Jammu.
