CM expresses shock over Nepal earthquake

SRINAGAR, Apr 25: Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed today expressed deep shock and grief over the loss of life in the devastating earthquake that hit Nepal and parts of the country including Bihar, Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal, causing widespread destruction. Meanwhile Chief Minister also has expressed grief over the loss of precious lives in a road accident near Ramban on the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway today.
In his condolence message, the Chief Minister said the people of J&K stand in solidarity with the victims of the earthquake in their hour of grief. Chief Minister also has conveyed his sympathies to the families of those who lost their loved ones and prayed for peace to the departed souls.
Meanwhile Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed also has expressed grief over the loss of precious lives in a road accident near Ramban on the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway today.
In a condolence message, Mufti Sayeed conveyed his sympathies to the bereaved families and prayed for peace to the departed souls.
