Jammu, May 1: A deputation headed by Som Raj Taroch today met with IG Traffic J P Singh at his office apprised him of the chaotic traffic system in various parts of Jammu city.
While briefing IG Traffic, Som Raj Taroch said that the traffic system in Jammu City has become worse these days which is a main cause of accident, particularly the area from Rehari Chungi upto Dental Hospital is very dangerous point. This should be improved as early as possible so that the people may not suffered any more. Besides the traffic police and local police is playing their vital role in good manner by way of controlling traffic system. IG Traffic assured the deputation to improve the traffic system at the earliest. Those who were present in the meeting included Koushal Kumar Krotra, Ashish Gupta, Girdhari Lal Lakhnotra, Khilari Lal Kouran, Rajinder Singh, Brij Lal, Sanjay Kumar, Asha Nand Sharma, Rajesh Bajgal, Darshan Taroch and Deepak Anand. |
