Jammu, May 1: A story telling competition was organized at JK Montessorie School for the students of class Ist to class 3rd. According to press release, the competition was organized with the purpose of making them aware about the importance of expression , to build self - confidence and infuse self - esteem among the students by encouraging them. More than three hundred students participated in the competition to vie for the top honours stories with moral values delivered by the students of class Ist to class 3rd. The winners from Class Ist, Danishta Talwar got Ist prize, Rajveer Ansh secured 2nd Prize where as Kirti Koul & shruti Koul got third prize respectively. From class IInd (Lotus) Ashish Bharti , Danish Padha and Devyansh Sharma got Ist, 2nd 3rd place respectively. From class IInd (Rose) Deepali Pankaj, Navya Kalsi & Shreya Mattoo got Ist , 2nd & 3rd place respectively. While from class 3rd- Parul Verma , Sanjeevni Pandita, Ridhima Gupta & Shared Bhat claimed Ist, 2nd, & 3rd place respectively. The whole programme was conducted by Navjot Kour Co-curricular in charge. Director Academics Rajni Gupta and Vice Principal Geeta Dixit ,Co-ordinator Vandana Gupta were also present on occasion. Rajni Gupta while appreciating the student's creativity and performance stated that such stage exposure gives boost to the student's confidence and helps them to develop strong personality by gaining self esteem and made excellent display of their artistic talent. |
