Latyar villagers protest against PDD, without power for last 20 days 7/22/2015 11:14:26 PM Early Times Report UDHAMPUR, July 22: Villagers of Latyar in Pancheri tehsil today staged a protest against PDD department for its failure to provide regular power supply in the area.The protesters alleged that the village is reeling under power failure for the last twenty days but the department is not applying any corrective measure.
