Early Times Report JAMMU, July 28: In continuation of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activity, Punjab National Bank (PNB), Jammu Circle today distributed Amarnath Yatra permits to a group of 20 Non Resident Indian`s (NRIs) from Mauritius. According to press release, the group comprising of 8 males and 12 females was headed by Ashwani Fotedar who got themselves registered by PNB for the annual Amarnath yatra this year. The yatra permits were handed over to them by B M Fazili, Circle Head PNB, Circle Office Jammu in a function at its circle office. Along with the yatra permits, bank provided Amarnath Yatra guide booklets and caps as souvenir to these NRIs. Speaking onthe occasion, BM Fazili said that the bank is participating in the registration process of Amarnath Yatra since 2013 and has conducted registration in over 305 branches across India out of total of 430 branches allotted to three banks by Shri Amarnath Shrine Board this year. Pawan Kohli, Assistant General Manager, B.M Panwer, R K Gupta, Umang Maini Chief Managers Circle Office, Jammu, Satpal Sharma District Co-ordinator Jammu and Rakesh Sharma, Manager Security were also present at the function. |
