Man allegedly assaulted over 'litigations' 7/29/2015 12:32:28 AM Early Times Report JAMMU, July 28: One person having a sub judice matter in matrimonial court today knocked the door of court after he allegedly was assaulted at Khilonawali Gali and taking the cognizance of the matter court directed SHO Pacca Danga to investigate the case and submit the report accordingly. As per complainant, identified as Jai Kumar s/o Ganga Ram of Jain Bazar one Gurcharan Singh alias Vicky of Main Road, Barnoti of Kathua district assaulted him at Khilonawali Gali. The counsel of the complainant Surinder Gupta said that Gurcharan surfaced when there was matrimonial dispute between Jai Kumar and his wife Priya Devi and the matter is in progress in the court. Counselor of petitioner submitted to the court that his client was on his way for some job in the area when the Gurcharan Singh intercepted him on his motorcycle and brandished a sharp edged weapon before him with the warning to abstain from court's proceedings.
