Jammu, Aug 26: A man was electrocuted to death when he accidently came in contact with a naked live wire at his home while repairing a fan at Jakhad in Kathua. Police have initiated inquest proceedings in this regard. Police said, "The deceased has been identified as Hira Nand of Jakhad.'
According to police, "The incident took place when Hira Nand while repairing fan at his home came in contact with naked live wire and died on the spot here on Wednesday."
Family members however, shifted him to hospital, wherein he was declared as brought dead by the doctors.
Meanwhile concerned police have registered a case in this regard. |
