Kewal accuses Tara Chand of 3 murders, 2 rapes; illegal abortion of Jammu girl 8/27/2015 12:37:45 AM ET Report JAMMU, Aug 26: Kewal Krishan Sharma, once a close aid of former Deputy Chief Minister, Tara Chand, is now creating problems for his ex-boss after virtually becoming approver. He levelled serious charges on former Deputy Chief Minister. During hearing on much publicised writ petition filed in the court today, Kewal Krishan Sharma again reiterated his allegations against Tara Chand and accused him of three murders, two rapes and illegal termination of pregnancy of a Jammu based girl. He submitted that he has moved MP No.3/2015 seeking CBI probe into his allegations levelled against former Dy.CM and prayed to the court to provide him security or send him to Jail as he is apprehending his elimination at the hands of his former boss. In the application (MP No.3/2015) the applicant Kewal Krishan Sharma is seeking CBI probe into his allegations levelled against former Deputy Chief Minister and his associates and also restoration of security cover which has been withdrawn during the pendency of the writ petition. In the miscellaneous application it is alleged that he has been working as Additional PRO with former Deputy Chief Minister Tara Chand and he is a material witness to the crimes committed by former Deputy Chief Minister and when the former Deputy Chief Minister came to know that he is having the knowledge of such criminal acts he tried to persuade him not to speak against him. The applicant did not succumb to the persuasion of former Deputy CM and held a press conference wherein he highlighted the criminal acts of former Deputy CM including the commission of offence of corruption and his other criminal acts. At the time of holding press conference he was having security in the capacity of Additional PRO to Deputy CM and prior to holding of press conference the applicant had submitted his resignation as Additional PRO to his parent Department and also to the then Deputy Chief Minister but the then Dy.CM with malafide and motivated intentions did not accept the resignation of the applicant and forced him to work with him. Faced with such a situation and in view of the revelations made by him the threats to the applicant gained more potential and the applicant was constantly extended threats from criminals and two senior police officers having close relation with former Deputy CM.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
