High Court to observe holiday on 23rd May 5/22/2016 11:30:58 PM Early Times Report SRINAGAR, May 22: According to the Registrar General High Court that the 23rd day of May, 2016 (Shab-i-Barat) shall be observed as a Holiday in the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir and the 28th day of May, 2016 shall be a working day for the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir.
