| Shree Chandi Maa Jagran organized at Baba Shivo Temple | | |  Early Times Report
Samba, Oct 11: On the eve of Ramnavami Holy Navratri Festival Jagran Committee of Chandi Maa Jagran Manch Goran organized an impressive 'Shree Chandi Jagran' in the Shrine of Baba Shivo temple at village Goran in Samba district in last night.
Senior Superident of Police Samba Joginder Singh was chief guest on this occasion.Tehsildar Samba R.K Rathore and SHO Samba Sanjeev Singh Chib and Rahul Sambyal were also present on this occasion.Des Raj President Chandi Maa Jagran Munch along with his committee members and other dignitaries lighted the Akhand Jyoti and performed Aarti Pooja.
Hundreds of devotees including residents of adjoining villages participated in the jagran to seek blessings Goddess Maa Chandi.
Famous Singer of Punjab Raj Hans from Pathankot enthralled the devotes with wide range of Bhajans and Paddiri songs.
Bhawan' and stage were decorated with flowers and colorful lights besides proper arrangement of lighting were made at the venue.Police has made elaborate security arrangements to avoid any untoward incident. |
