Jammu, Oct 15: Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) has criticized Pakistan and observed that talks and funding terrorism could not go together. According to press release, Randhir Singh said that Farooq Abdullah wanted talks with Pakistan and its agents, which was only double standards of the National Conference which was also backed by the Congress and only single CPI-M MLA Yousuf Tarigami.
