Kathua , Oct 15:A special police officer was stoned to death in a remote village of Kathua district in Jammu and Kashmir. "A SPO identified as Hemant Kumar was deployed at Phinter Chowk last night where he had some altercation with the accused persons," police spokesman here today said.
He said that the accused identified as Naresh Bhadwal and Manveer Lalotra thrashed the SPO with stones resulting his on the spot death. "Both the accused have been arrested," he said adding that case has been registered under relevant sections and investigation started. |
