Poonch, Oct 17: Jammu and Kamir is a state three main regions, Kamir, Jammu and Ladakh. Union cabinet has decided to approve IIM for Jammu region. Former chief minister and chairman National Conference Omar Abdullah has twitted that "Jammu gets IIT and IIM also" and attacked chief minister Mehbooba Mufti having poor political policies.
Jammu and Kamir Insaaf Movement flays these tweets of former CM, PMO, Mayur DG, Ak47, Dr R Rathore and RTI activist Raman arma and said all are having baseless discussion on tweeter. Jammu and Kamir Insaaf Movement in this regard held a massive protest in Poonch against state and central governments and demanded IIM for central region.
Chairman of the movement Javid Iqbal Rei said the Jammu base and Kamir base leaderip is tactful while the leaderip of other regions like Peer Panchal, Chenab and Ladakh is full of greed, lust and selfi having blind political thinks for chairs only.
He said the Jammu province consists of ten districts, i,e Jammu, Kathua, Samba, Ramban, Udhampur, Doda, Reasi, Rajouri, Kitawar and Poonch. He condemned Jammu base politics and said IIM is for Jammu province, not for Jammu district only.
Rei said both central leading political parties BJP and INC are Jammu based in state having all developmental focus on Jammu district only while two regional political parties PDP and NC are Kamir based having developmental focus on Kamir region only.
Ladakh has a special Development Council and two main regions Peer Panchal and Chanab valley are totally ignored since independence.
Rei said, Peer Panchal region is center point for two regions Jammu and Kamir which is about three hundred kilometres far from Jammu and patients often faced many changes to reach Jammu, as there is no air service due to border areas.
He demanded IIM in Peer Panchal region and said the development of twin backward district is possible after sanction of IIM for this region. |
