16 officials of J&K armed police personnel promoted 10/19/2016 10:24:31 PM Srinagar, Oct 19: As many as 16 officials of Jammu and Kashmir Police Armed were promoted , a police spokesman said here this afternoon. He said Additional Director General of Police Armed K L Mohanti today granted functional promotion to three Police personnel of different ranks and In-situ promotions to 13 Constables in J&K Armed Police. He said the promotion orders of these officials were issued after the Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC) headed by ADGP Armed J&K found them eligible for their next promotion. Mr Mohanti congratulated the newly promoted officer and officials and extended his warm greetings to their family members.
