| Farooq held guilty for damaging state for 40 years | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Oct 19: Kuldeep Kumar Rao & Ram Singh Chauhan active members of Movement for Peace, Equality & Justice while reacting to the statement of Farooq Abdullah published in a section of press here, have expressed great surprise, in a joint statement issued here, as to what was his contribution to solve the vexed problem during the tenure of NC who ruled the state for about 40 years. They further wondered how such leaders & Political Parties shall continue to throw dust in the eyes of common man & grind their own axe for furthering their political interests. More than 100 days hartal in valley & loss of more than 90 precious innocent lives, gutting of about 100 school and other buildings and untold miseries to the daily bread earners, educational loss to the lakhs of school/college going children, is a story which no political Party has the answer because these Parties, who should have been the part of solution, are, in fact, part of the problem & are themselves responsible for failing to address it & prolonging it for about 70 years, the release said and added that these leaders while in power vehemently remain busy in promoting that J&K is integral part of India & waste no time in harping that Kashmir problem needs to be solved politically once they remain out of power. The duo said that time has now come when these leaders will have to reap what they have sown and the day will not be far when people will drag them to streets and punish openly like Col. Gadafi. They appealed the public to see the writings on the wall & remain vigilant against the duplicity & double standards of such black sheep like politicians. |
