GMS Bharat craves for attention, ZEO unmoved | | | Masood Malik Early Times Report
Jammu, June 28: For the last over 54 years the Government Middle School Bharat has been craving for official attention but remains neglected to this day. The locals said that since 1965 the school has not been upgraded. They said the authorities have been time and again requested to do the needful in this regard but all in vain. They alleged that the school lacks basic facilities including drinking water and play ground for the students besides the school building was in dilapidated condition. They urged the higher authorities to upgrade the infrastructure of the school for the larger interest of students and people of Bharat. Criticising the authorities, the locals said that the building was in dilapidated condition. The students have to take classes in the open braving the inclement weather conditions .They said that some locals have began to tie their animals in the premises of school. ZEO (Incharge) Ghat Ayaz Mughal did not respond despite repeated calls. |
