PDP Youth Wing Jammu demands 4G restoration

Jammu, April 8: PDP Youth Wing Jammu also demanded immediate restoration of services, saying that it will help in teaching the students while they are staying at home.
Varinder Singh Sonu PDP Youth State Vice President said that the Government of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir must restore full access to internet services in the region of Jammu and Kashmir and ensure that people have full access to health and safety-related information.
Sonu Said "Despite the rising number of cases, the Government of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir ordered for the continued restrictions on full internet services such as restricting the speed to 2G in the region.
The restoration of high speed mobile data services as per the people will help them in accessing more knowledge about the prevention of the virus.
PDP Youth Leader Girish Sharma had also urged the Govt of India and LT of JK to restore high speed mobile Internet, one of the prerequisites, in taking up preventive measures against the spread of Coronavirus-19 in Jammu and Kashmir.
Girish sharma Said "People are being advised to work/study from home but this is impossible with 2G internet speed and limited fixed line internet penetration"
Sonu expressed hope GOI will restore high-speed mobile internet , fast mobile internet will also help professionals, government officials & students to do work from home efficiently instead of going out to offices & colleges.
