1st online District Level Junior Boys Speedball Championship concludes

JAMMU, June 3: The 8-day long Online Speed Ball Junior Super Solo Championship concluded here today. The championship was organized by J&K Sports Speed Ball Association.
In this championship, 10 players from different schools participated. Top players of every school participated in this online super solo Speed Ball event. The schools that participated included Delhi Public School, Banyan International School, Jammu Sanskriti School, SD Tara Puri High School, Dogra Hr Sec School, Air Force School, BN Public School, British International School, New Era Mother High School, RM Public School and May Fair International School.
On the valedictory function, chief guest Mohd Arif Rishu (SSP Railways Jammu), SHO Railway Vinod Kundal, Ravi Tikku President, J&K Sports Speedball Association congratulate all the winners and distributed the medals and rackets among the winners.
The winners of the events included Master Gurman Singh student of Jammu Sanskriti School, who stood 1st (59 shots in 30 sec) while Master Nixon Gour student of Banyan International School stood 2nd (57 shots in 30 sec) and Master Yogant Singh Jamwal student of Delhi Public School stood 3rd (54 shorts in 30sec.). All these students got selected for the next inter-district Speed Ball championship.
The Online Competition matches were officiated by Sandeep Sharma (Speedball Coach, Udhampur), Sahil Janjua (Speed Ball Coach, Kathua) Jatin Gupta (Speed Ball Coach, Jammu). The event was held under the supervision of Sunny Nanda, General Secretary who was also in the head jury of the championship.
