Early Times Reporter Jammu | Jan 24 Complete anarchy and mayhem prevailed in Assembly on Thursday as NC members resort to violence to press their demand of sacking 'tainted' ministers, while the government passed the annual budget for the year 2008-09 amid uproar and pandemonium created after entire opposition stormed in the well to disrupt finance minister Tariq Hamid Qarra's reply on general discussion on Budget. The Opposition Members were on their feet soon after the house met for today's proceedings to press their demand of sacking of ministers whose names appear in Kundal Committee report that inquired into misappropriations in State Forest Corporation. From the word go, National Conference members started shouting slogans 'tainted ministers ko barkhast karoo (sack tainted ministers) and Gali Gali mein Shoor hia yeh srakar chor hai. Panther party members who were seen shouting slogans in favour of Governor rule and fresh elections in the state also joined national conference. But a US-based Kashmiri musician is creating ripples with a rap number that reflects the struggles and tears of displaced Kashmiri Pandits. Ashish Koul, 26, an IT professional in California, feels deeply for the agony the Kashmiri migrants have witnessed since 1990 when they began leaving their homes and hearths due to terrorism in the Kashmir valley.
