Sanjay Pandita Early Times Report Jammu, Mar 13: With the abrogation of the so-called special status of Jammu and Kashmir, the Modi government has been able to cut Pakistan to its size as the enemy country has started biting dust over its “international conspiracies” against Kashmir, which continues to witness record breaking tourism. Recently the Pakistan`s Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari admitted that Islamabad has been unable to get Kashmir to the “centre” of the UN agenda and India`s diplomacy is able to scuttle its efforts. “We face a particularly uphill task to try and get Kashmir onto the centre of the agenda at the United Nations,” he recently told the reporters. Early Times Report JAMMU, Mar 13: The Jammu and Kashmir Government on Monday suspended Jammu Kashmir Administrative Officer (JKAS) officer, Abdul Rashid Dass with immediate effect. According to an order, Abdul Rashid Dass, JKAS, Assistant Commissioner (Development), Bandipora is hereby placed under suspension with immediate effect for unauthorized absence/proceeding on leave without approval of the competent Authority. “The said officer shall immediately report to the Secretary in the Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj at Srinagar and remain attached with him during the period of enquiry,” the order reads....

Early Times Report Srinagar, Mar 13: The National Investigation Agency on Monday conducted a search in Srinagar in connection with ISIS Kerala module case, officials said. NIA said that the house of Uzair Azhar Bhat of Karfali Mohalla, Srinagar, who is suspected to have been part of the ISIS conspiracy, was raided and searched by the sleuts of the anti terror agency. Early Times Report Srinagar, Mar 13: Jammu and Kashmir Police’s Special Investigation Unit (SIU) on Monday attached a house of an accused involved in alleged militant activities in Anantnag Jammu and Kashmir’s Anantnag district. Officials said the house of Mohammad Ishaq Malik of Dhanwetehpora Kokernag who was allegedly involved in the militant activities was attached by the SIU Anantnag under section 25 UAP Act. The attachment was done in presence of the Executive Magistrate, they said. Early Times Report JAMMU, Mar 13: Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Monday unveiled Rs 1,18,500 crore budget for Jammu & Kashmir Union Territory for the next financial year. As per documents laid in the Parliament today, the total budget estimates for the fiscal is Rs. 1,18,500 crore, of which developmental expenditure is of the order of Rs. 41,491 crore. “The capital component of the budget has increased substantially. Agencies New Delhi, Mar 13: The central government on Monday approved ₹ 1,816.162 crore of additional central assistance to Assam, Himachal Pradesh, Karnataka, Meghalaya and Nagaland as they faced natural disasters like floods, landslides and cloudburst in 2022.
