WADWAN (KISHTWAR), Apr 11: The Minister for Finance and Ladakh Affairs Mr.Abdul Rahim Rather has said that the 12th plan document lays emphasis on faster, more inclusive and sustainable growth adding that the current year plan has been cast around this basic theme.
Speaking to a public gathering, after inaugurating a Govt. treasury at Wadwan a remotest area in District Kishtwar, Mr. Rather said that plan allocations have been earmarked with special focus on bad pockets, border blocks and backward areas of the State.

Inauguration of Treasury at Wadwan has raised the number of Treasuries to 57 in Jammu Division. SRINAGAR: Deputy Chief Minister, Mr. Tara Chand Thursday said that various innovative measures are being introduced to streamline the education system at elementary and secondary levels in the State. He called upon the officers of Education department and other stakeholder to improve the results and literacy rate, adding that the problems of any kind that are soluble shall be resolved without losing any time.
