Early Times Report WADWAN (KISHTWAR), Apr 11: The Minister for Finance and Ladakh Affairs Mr.Abdul Rahim Rather has said that the 12th plan document lays emphasis on faster, more inclusive and sustainable growth adding that the current year plan has been cast around this basic theme. Speaking to a public gathering, after inaugurating a Govt. treasury at Wadwan a remotest area in District Kishtwar, Mr. Rather said that plan allocations have been earmarked with special focus on bad pockets, border blocks and backward areas of the State. SRINAGAR: Jammu and Kashmir Economic Reconstruction Agency (J&K ERA) today started work on the construction of multilevel mechanized car parking facility in Srinagar city at Lal Chowk (KMDA Adda). SRINAGAR: The Minister for Rural Development and Panchayat Raj, Mr. Ali Mohammad Sagar today visited Tujgari Mohalla, Malkah, Nowhatta and distributed relief cheques under Chief Minister’s Relief Fund among 19 fire victims of Tujgari Mohalla whose houses gutted in fire last month.
