Jammu | May 7— One person today committed suicide in mysterious conditions at his home at Chowki Chora area. The deceased has been identified as Madan Lal, age 55 years son of Sangu Ram resident of Chowki Chora. Reports said that today morning local people spotted his body in his house and informed the police. Abhishek Jammu, May 7— Due to a tiff between the Army and civil authorities, Poonch-Rawlakote bus today left one late from the scheduled time. The bus which was scheduled to leave 1:30 pm in the afternoon, left at 2:30 pm due to a scuffle between the civil authorities and Army officials as the latter refused to allow the civil officials to move towards the zero point. The trouble arose when an army officer refused to allow the civil officials to accompany the bus at the Zero point from where the bus crosses over to PoK. Refusal by the Army officials despite repeated requests, however, annoyed the civil officials, who according to sources refused to let the bus start for the jour...
