Jammu, August 25, Flanked by lovable daughter Renee, gorgeous Susmita Sen reached holy township of Katra on her way to Vaisnodevi shrine situated in Trikuta hills on Friday evening. Susmita is hogging all the limelight these days for her scintillating performace in special video ‘Meri Dhoop Hai Tu’ for Tanuja Chandra’s ‘Zindagi Rocks’ where she is paired opposite the sexy-n-intelligent Shiney Ahuja. Sushmita is expected to undertake the onward journey to Bhawan late in the night. One of her family members accompanying Susmita told visiting mediamen outside their hotel room in Katra, Susmita is visiting Mata Vaishnodevi shrine beacuse of her recurring backache problem. B L KAK NEW DELHI, AUG. 25: Few in Pakistan, particularly in Lahore division, had imagined that Mohammed Ali Jinnah, founder of Pakistan, will receive unfair treatment from the Textbook Board of Punjab in Pakistan. The board, according to reports from Lahore, has allegedly replaced Jinnah's messages in some textbooks with those of present leaders of Pakistan. The messages of Jinnah, which were printed on the first and second pages and at the end of the books published by the Punjab Textbook Board, have given way to quotes from President, Gen. SPECIAL CORRESPONDENT NEW DELHI, AUG. 25: Guthka with tobacco is no longer a food product, says a Health Ministry notification amended early this week. The government has also made it compulsory for colas to declare that they contain caffeine. These sweeping changes have been made through a government notification on the Prevention of Food Adulteration Act, which has introduced stringent food norms.The notification now bans tobacco and nicotine from all food products including guthka but experts are already questioning the changes in the norms. Srinagar, August 25 – Chief Minister, Mr. Ghulam Nabi Azad has underscored the need for speedy execution of developmental infrastructure in the State. He said executing agencies of national repute are being involved in the massive development launched throughout the state. Chief Minister said that government is actively considering handing over the construction work of 7 new Degree College Complexes to National Building Construction Corporation New Delhi (NBCC) adding that Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for early execution of these projects is being signed soon. Srinagar,August 25 :-The All Party Hurriyat Conference leadership has decided to keep its opinion reserved on the roadmap on Kashmir issue being made public by the Peoples' Conference Chief,Mr Sajjad Lone,next month. A senior APHC leader told Kashmir Independent Press on Friday "it is premature to comment on Sajjad Gani Lone's roadmap on Kashmir."
