BOPEE reschedules dates for Common Entrance Test-2019

Jammu, Jan 27: Following the publication of news item titled "NDA, JKCET-19 engineering exam dates clashing" in Early Times in its issue of January 23, the J&K Board of Professional Entrance Examination (BOPEE) has rescheduled date for Common Entrance Test-2019 and issued a notification in this regard.
As per notification issued by the J&K Board of Professional Entrance Examination (BOPEE), new date for Common Entrance Test-2019 Common Entrance Test (CET) (Engineering)-2019 for admission to Bachelor of Engineering & Technology Courses for the academic session 2019 has been rescheduled as April 28 of 2019. It is pertinent to mention here that in the news item it was mentioned that the JKBOPEE failed to take clearance from Union Public service Commission (UPSC) Board. Following the publication of news item by Early Times, the administration of BOPEE rescheduled dates for Common Entrance Test-2019. Meanwhile, a deputation of students also met with Controller of Examination, J&K BOPEE and apprised him about clashing of dates i.e April 21 of 2019 for examination of Common Entrance Test-2019 Common Entrance Test (CET) (Engineering)-2019 with National Level exam of National Defence Academy (NDA).
