| Non-bailable warrants against SHO Kishtwar | | CJM directs SSP to produce him on next hearing | |

Kishtwar Dec 7:- The Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) Kishtwar Friday issued non-bailable warrants against SHO Kishtwar and directed the SSP to take him into custody for production in the court on next date of hearing.
The SHO, Mushtaq Ahmad has invited wrath of the court for non compliance of court orders in two cases. in the first case, the SHO failed to submit report as directed by the court in a missing complaint filed by one Sonam Narboo Son of Nath Ram Resident of Kabban Paddar with regards to disappearance of his wife. the SHO not only failed to submit his report but also avoided to appear before the court despite two notices.
In another case of non compliance of court orders in land dispute titled Ghulam Mohammad Son of Ghulam Mustafa Malik Resident of Patimhal Palmar V/s SHO P/S Kishtwar, the SHO did not honour the court directions, constraining the court to issue another non-bailable warrant which was sent to SSP for execution.
