| CM's Security breach: a lunatic appears infront of CM's cavalcade | | |

Jammu, Dec 7: Following a security breach of 2010, when a ex militant's wife jumped infront of the Chief Minister's cavalcade in the Civil Secretariat yet in another security breach a lunatic person today reportedly created chaos for the security agencies and the concerned police authorities in winter capital.
In incident left the security agencies and police like dumb-bells when a lunatic person suddenly appeared infront of Chief Minister's cavalcade and started running a race here in Shahidi Chowk today. "The incident took place when CM was on way to his official residence. Security men covering CM gave call to the senior officer of police and apprised them about situation, reports said.
Sources said that the senior police officer in turn rebuked his subordinate staff for laxity in safe passage to CM cavalcade.
After the incident the additional police force was deployed enroute to CM residence.
Pertinent to mention here earlier a former ultra's wife Identified as Shabnam, attempted to commit suicide by coming in front of the Chief Minister's cavalcade in the Civil Secretariat on April 16, 2010. |
