Kranti Dal pays tributes to victims of HR violations

JAMMU, Dec 10: On the occasion of Human Rights Day, the Kranti Dal today paid tributes to more than 70,000 innocent people including security forces who lost their lives in human rights violations for the last 22 years.
Kranti Dal activists led by its President Raj Roop Singh and State General Secretary Pritam Sharma gathered at Dogra Shourya Samarak Ambphalla.
They observed silence for two minutes and offer tributes by lighting candles.
While speaking on the occasion, Pritam Sharma said that there is large scale human rights violation in India especially in Jammu and Kashmir.
There is number of attacks on security forces camps, bunkers, vehicles, civilians' houses by anti-national elements from time to time.
Kranti Dal asked the Union Government to take immediate decision on Afzal Guru's hanging so to pay real tribute to the innocent people killed in human rights violations and violent incidents.
Kranti Dal urged the Union Government to be strict towards anti-national elements as there is no room for leniency at any cost for those who killed innocent people.
