JAMMU, Dec 10: A symposium on the theme of "Youth On The Move" was organized by the Indian Red Cross Society District Jammu, in collaboration with the Government College of Education, Jammu today. Large number of students, teachers, besides Red Cross members participated in the symposiums. Out of 15 contestants Khalil Wandy got first position, Shakti stood 2nd while Sumit Sharma got 3rd position.
Feroj Ahmad, General Secretary, Indian Red Cross Society, Suresh Sharma Executive Secy. Distt. Red Cross Society, Jammu in their address gave a detailed introduction on the Red Cross and its activities in global, National and local perspective and urged upon the participants and youth to join Red Cross in the services of mankind. |
