Kashmiri criticized Police for handling the protesters at Jammu and said that political class and administrative management "failed" to provide justice to them. "Long delay in enhancement of relief has demoralized and annoyed the relief holders and they have completely lost their faith and trust on the rulers running the polity of the nation and state. This enhancement of relief should have been matter of priority being survival and sustenance amount for displaced KPs presently in exile from the last 24 years," he alleged. Vice President KPC, M L Raia, General Secretary Dr H L Saraf, Secretary R L Raina, Organizing Secretary Sushil Bhat and others also spoke on the same lines.
