Hiranagar, Dec 27: Member Legislative Council and President District Congress Committee Kathua Subash Chander Gupta today visited the holy shrine of Baba Bali Karan ji at border village Panjgrain Brahmana here. He paid obeisance along with thousands of devotees and prayed for the well being of the humanity. After paying the obeisance, Gupta joined the langar organized by the Committee on the eve of Rak-Khada festival. He appreciated the langar committee for organizing a large bhandara for the devotees of Baba Bali Karan ji.
Later the MLC inaugurated the construction of toilet cum bathroom in the premises of the highly revered devsthan to be constructed by the Rural Development Department.
Gupta said that after the completion toilet-cum bathroom, the long pending demand of the devotees will be fulfilled. |
