| GDC Basohli NSS unit donates Rs 7500 to old Age Home | | |  early times report
Kathua, Dec 27: National Social Service (NSS) unit Govt. Degree College Basholi paid its visit to the Bridh Asharam and donated Rs.7500 to the Bridh Asharam (Old Age Home) kathua and same amount of Rs. 7500 was also donated to Bal Asharam Kathua (Orphan House). Gen Secretary of Bridh Asharam Jagan Nath Khajuria told the media person while he was appreciating the NSS unit of Govt. Degree College Basholi for donating Rs. 7500 by making collection of rupees from their own personal pocket and it is extremely welcomed by hearts of the Bridh Asharam administration. Khajuria said this great spirit full of caring of old age person exhibited in practical by the NSS activists and such services must be appreciated and encouraged by all the common man to boost the young generation to do so. Incharge of the NSS unit Govt Degree College Basholi Dr. Suraj Pratap Singh told to media persons that the NSS conducted seven days camp in Basholi for rendering the social service and during the camp the unit collected total Rs.15000 from their personal pocket as well as from public of the Basholi so that we donated Rs.7500 to Bridh Asharam and Rs7500 to Bal Ashram Kathua. |
