Bovine smuggling bid foiled 12/29/2012 11:38:46 PM early times report Kathua, Dec 29: Police today claimed to have rescued five Bovine which were illegally being carried towards Kashmir valley at Jangi Chack Plah Morh under the jurisdiction of PS Hiranagar today. Police reports said after receiving information to the effect that a vehicle is on the Border road loaded with Bovine animals and is trying to smuggle animals. Police swung into action and police recovered vehicle bearing registration No. JK 14 4636 near Jangi Chack Plah Morh, however driver of the vehicle managed to escape leaving behind vehicle. During the search of the vehicle police recovered 05 bovine animals. A case FIR No. 195/2012 u/s 188 RPC 3 CA Act stands registered at PS Hiranagar.
