Red Cross Society Jammu represents J&K in national camp

Jammu, Jan 4: District Red Cross Society Jammu had deputed a 14 member contingent to represent J&K in a national level JRC camp in Kurukshetra from December 17 to 23, 2012.
The contingent included six male, six female students and one male, one female counsellor.
According to a statement of the Society the objective of this camp was to provide opportunity to include the sprit of selfless service. J&K bagged 6th position. Sushil Kumar was awarded all round best counsellor, Durga Raina best counsellor while Ajay Singh Thakur as best champers.
Others who attended the camp included Simiran Devi, Priyanka, Moomen, Priyanka Sharma, Irbha Mehra, Naresh Kumar, Vishali Dogra, Sarthi Sharma, Suman Kumari, Nasir Hussain, Varimnder Singh and Nikhil Singh.
