early times report JAMMU, Jan 4: A five day training programme on Civil Conduct Rules and Financial Management for medical officers concluded here today. The training programme was conducted by the Jammu and Kashmir Institute of Management and Public Administration (IMPA) in collaboration with the National Rural Health Mission, J&K. Manju Kapoor, Assistant Professor, IMPA was the course coordinator for the said training programme. As many as 18 medical officers from the Indian System of Medicines (ISM) and Allopathic took part in the event, which commenced on December 31. Chief aim of the programme was to introduce latest tools and techniques of civil conduct rules and financial management to the medical officers. The guest faculty exposed the participants to guidelines and initiatives of NRHM and administrative rules, time management , financial code, secretariat manual and the RTI Act. Later during the valedictory function, Sunita Anand, Joint Director, IMPA distributed certificates among the participants expressed gratitude to the Director General, IMPA, BB Vyas and Mission Director, NRHM, DR Yash Pal Sharma for their support and cooperation. |
