Kathua, Jan 10: Adv-ocate Arvind Gupta has been elected unanimously as President of Bar Associ-ation Kathua.
According to a statement of the Bar, the post had been lying vacant for the last eight months.
"64 advocates in Kathua court gave their mandate in the form of signatures in favour of Advocate Gu-pta," it said.
Advocate Gupta is popular lawyer of Kathua who is well known for his strong legal strength of knowledge to bring the justice in the reach of common man.
"I will do of my best with full dedication and conviction to carry out the interests of the Bar Association Kathua," he said. |
