JAMMU, Jan 10: The State Cabinet which met here today under the Chair-manship of Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah accorded sanction to the creation of 80 posts of various categories for establishment of five new Industrial Trai-ning Institutes (ITIs) one each at Gurez, Hajin, Nowshera, Bani and Banihal.
The Cabinet also accorded sanction to the transfer of State Land measuring 93 kanals under Khasra No. 334 Min situated in Village Sangani, Tehsil Akhnoor, District Jammu in favour of J&K Health and Medical Education Department for construction/establishment of an Ayurvedic College.
The Cabinet approved promotion of Dr. Arun Kumar IAS Financial Commissioner (Revenue) to fixed scale of IAS (Rs. 80,000) with effect from 02.01.2012.
The Cabinet also approved regularization of 3 (Retd.) In-charge Chief Engineers namely Showkat Ahmad Shahdad, Mumtaz Nazim and Vijay Kumar Koul as Chief Engineers. |
