| KC public school students on Asia South visit | | | early times report Jammu, Jan 24 : Twenty students of KC Public School visited Singapore and Malaysia on an educational tour of seven days conducted during the winter holidays. As per press release, escorted by senior vice Principal Rajeshwar Dubey and Cultural Coordinator Shobhna Sethi had left Jammu on January 10 and returned home on January 19. They shared the view that on arrival in Singapore, they were deeply impressed with the extraordinarily neat, clean and green environment of the small city state. During their stay of four days in Singapore, they enjoyed every moment of their experience of visiting its famous landmarks such as Jurong Bird Park, Santosa Island, Dolphin Lagoon, Underwater World and Universal Studios. It took them nearly five hours to complete the journey from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur. In their stay of three days in Malaysia, they took a city tour of Kuala Lumpur and visited all the famous sites including the famed twin Petronas Towers. They also visited the famous Batu Caves which house a Hindu shrine similar to the ones in South India. |
