| NPSU stages protest against college administration | | | early times report
Jammu, Jan 24: National Panthers Students Union (NPSU) held a strong protest demonstration against the Principal of MAM College, Jammu. The protest was led by. Lucky Singh (President MAM College) and Manjot Singh (Vice President NPSU). All the activists of the NPSU gathered at the main gate of the college and raised slogans against the college administration and burnt the effigy of principal.
Addressing the media persons lucky Singh said that the environment of the college is totally disturbed. He alleged that the principal of the college supports few students personally. He takes the of the students lightly and shows no attention towards the problems related to the innocent students. He alleged that from few days the atmosphere of college is very disturbed and the crime rate in the college is getting increased day by day and the principal of the college get failed for tackling the this situation.
He alleged that the principal of the college is working under the political shelter and is making the college as the political ground.
After this NPSU activists burnt the effigy of Dr. Ramesh Chander (Principal MAM College). He demanded to the higher education minister to instruct the principal of MAM to take the issues of the students seriously. |
