Early Times Report Jammu, Feb 4: BJP Mahila Morcha today criticized state and centre government over price rise, inadequate supply of ration and fixing the number of subsidized gas cylinders, here on today. As per press release, hundreds of activists of Mahila Morcha under the leadership of its State President Priya Sethi held a massive protest against and chanted slogans. Carrying party flags and placards the protesting activist termed it anti-people decisions. Add-ressing Morcha's activists Priya said that there has been widespread anger and resentment among the people against rising prices of essential items, inadequate supply of Atta, Rice and Sugar in government depots and capping the release of subsidized cylinders to just nine. She said that the price rise has become a matter of routine during the Congress rule. Similarly, the Congress takes one decision after the other which directly affects and poses threat to the very survival of a common citizen in the country. She declared that the Mahila Morcha would not sit mute on these issues and will further organize protest at district levels throughout the Jammu province. Mahila Morcha senior leader Kamla Gupta said that it was indeed unfortunate that the people have to come on roads for every anti-people decision and there is no one in the Congress-led UPA or NC-Congress coalition in the state to ever think about the people. Anuradha Charak, Anju Dogra, Kamla Gupta, Monika Khosla, Neeru Anand, Parveen Anand, Savita Anand, Bimla Sharma, Bandna Gupta, Sudesh Sharma, Kanta Gupta, Shanti Devi, Vidya Gupta, Saroj Gupta, Jyoti Sharma, Swarn Gupta, Asha Rani Babber have taken part in the protest.
