ITO files complaint against Jamkash Vehicleades Rana, Gunjan summoned by court 2/7/2013 1:28:43 AM Early Times Report jammu, Feb 6: The Income Tax Officer has filed a complaint against Jamkash Vehicleades through its directors Davinder Singh Rana and Mrs Gunjan Rana both residents of Green Belt Park, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu for recovery of Rs 96429. Special Municipal Mobile Magistrate Jammu VS Bhou after hearing counsel for the complainant and after perusing the complaint held the allegations attributed prima-facie suggest commission of offences u/s 276(B) r/w section 278 (B) of the Income Tax Act by both persons who are Directors of Jamkash Vehicleades Pvt Ltd. The Court further observed that there is sufficient material to proceed against both the persons and offences alleged are triable in a warrant manner. Taking cognizance for the commission of offences u/s 276(B) r/w section 278 (B) of the Income Tax Act, the Court issued summons to Davinder Rana and Mrs. Gunjan Rana for their presence in the court.
