| 18 year old found hanged in Kishtwar | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Kishtwar, Feb 6: The body of an 18 year old youth under mysterious circumstances was found hanging from a tree just few hundred meters away from his home. Police has registered a case in the regard under 174 CrPC.
The victim has been identified namely as Manhori Lal son of late Junga Ram resident of Ghursoo Saroor area of Kishtwar District.
According initial reports, the deceased left the house of his elder brother at around 7 PM in the night for his residence where he (deceased) used to reside, but did not turn up till the morning. The family members along with other villagers started looking for him and later found his body hanging from a tree. The matter was brought into the notice of the police which rushed to spots and took the custody of body. After getting the autopsy at District Hospital Kisht-war, the police handed over the body of the deceased to the family members for the last rites. Meanwhile the police has initiated inquest proceedings under section 174 Cr Pc. |
