JAMMU, Mar 10: State powerlifting team won bag full of medals in the recently held Senior National Bench Press Powerlifting Championship at Jamshedpur.
The team participated in the competition under the banner of J&K Sports Powerlifting Association. Anshuman Sharma bagged `Powerman of India' title, a handout issued here today claimed. On their return, the medal winners were felicitated by Rajan Jain (general secretary), Irfan Qadri and Ajay Sharma (vice president), Rahul Sawhney and Narinder Singh (joint secretaries).
