JAMMU: Various Members today raised important issues during Zero Hour in Legislative Assembly.

Peer Afaq demanded opening Kila Hari Parbat for tourists.
Mr. Ashok Kumar demanded regularization of daily rated workers of Forest Department.
Mr. Rhadhay Sham Sharma demanded early execution of electrification work for ST/SC habitations of his constituency.
Mrs. Shamima Firdous demanded filling up of administrative officers post in Dental College Srinagar.
Mr. Sharief Niaz demanded regularization of daily rated workers in different departments.
Dr. Sheikh Mustafa Kamal asked for strict action against local drug company which supplied sub-standard medicine to a health institution of Srinagar city.
Mr. G. M. Saroori demanded that the casual workers already engaged in PHE Department should not be disengaged as all the PHE schemes of his constituency would get defunct. Prof Gharu Ram demanded exemption of power tariff to those farmers of R. S. Pura who have irrigated their farm lands through pump sets as they are on tail end of irrigation canal.
