DSEK for streamlining educational sector for better results

SRINAGAR: Better work culture and dedication towards duties can infuse momentum in the educational system to serve in a productive and purposeful manner.
This was Director School Education Kashmir, Mir Tariq Ali while convening a meeting of officers to review the achievements registered by the School Education Kashmir during last fiscal after taking over as Director School Education Kashmir here today.
Emphasizing upon the officers to improve the quality of education, Mr. Tariq said that the department has adequate and qualified manpower whose services shall be utilized to explore the talent among the students to enabling them to compete at State as well as national level.
The Director also enjoined upon the officers to ensure punctuality in the education institutions for better results. He also directed for speedy disposal of the service matters of employees and also addressing of their genuine demands.
He directed the concerned for putting up of details of vacancies in different categories so that initiative is taken for effective promotions against the available vacancies.
