| Ramzan visits Ganderbal, conducts surprise checks of ration depots | | |
GANDERBAL: Minister for CAPD and Transport, Ch. Mohammad Ramzan Tuesday visited District Ganderbal and conducted surprise inspection of various Ration Depots to ascertain stock position of Ration and other essential commodities at the fair price shops of the District.
On the occasion, a number of people met the Minister and demanded setting up of more ration Ghats in far flung areas for the convenience of the public.
The Minister said that there is adequate stock of ration in Valley and special directions are already on place to provide consumers quality ration and other essential commodities.
Mr. Ramzan also paid surprise visit to the offices of ARTO and CA&PD and checked the attendance of the employees. He warned against dereliction of duties and instructed the officials to deliver services to the people within the prescribed time frame. |
