| National level workshop inaugurated at GDC Rajouri | | | RAJOURI, July 4: The ten days National level workshop on Research Methodology sponsored by ICSSR was inaugurated at Government Post Graduate College Rajouri in which a huge number of scholar’s resource persons and faculty members from various Colleges and Universities across the country participated.
The programme was chaired by Prof. M. I. Haque Chairman Department of Business Administration, AMU Aligharh.
SSP Rajouri Mr. Mubashar Lateefi was the guest of honour while Principal Govt. P.G. College Rajouri Dr. J.A. Qazi presided over the function. Prof. Ashok Aima Head HRM Central University Jammu, Dr. Naveed Khan, Associate Professor AMU, Prof. M.A. Lone Principal GDC Thannamandi, Prof. M.K. Waqar were also present on the occasion.
The Principal PG College Dr. J.A. Qazi patron of the workshop presented the welcome address and deliberated on the importance of good research in a variety of fields for the multifaceted development of societies and nations. He impressed upon the participants to be serious and sincere in carrying out research and get themselves benefitted by the scholarly expertise and technical guidance of the resource persons from across the country during this conference.
Prof. Ashok Aima the co-patron of the workshop and a renowned academician of the country through his presentation highlighted various factors responsible for degrading academic and research processes in the higher educational institutions. He suggested important measures and innovations for quality enhancement in the teaching learning process and research works
Mr. Mubashar SSP congratulated the organizers of the conference for this Mega initiative which will go a long way towards high quality research for the benefit of humanity.
Chairperson Prof. M. I. Haque also stressed upon the teachers, scholars and students to keep their eyes and ears wide open to observe, experience and analyze the contemporary issues and problems faced by the mankind today and roll their sleeves up to meet these challenges in a effective and substantial manner.

Mirza, Prof. Assadullah Khan, Prof. Riaz Mirza, Prof. Iqbal Raina & Sh. Rakesh Puri successfully coordinated the affairs of the ceremony. The proceedings of the dais were conducted by Prof. Shameem Azad, HOD Botany and vote of thanks was presented by Dr. M.K Waqar, Vice-Principal of the college. |
