Jammu, Aug 20: Several activities were celebrated in Army Public School (APS) Akhnoor under Army Wives Welfare Association (AWWA) week.Students from APS Akhnoor, APS Rakhmuthi, KV-1 Akhnoor and KV-2 Akhnoor participated in the activities which included lecture by Medical Officer of 170 MH on the subject computer versus outdoor games and spellethon competition among students. Main attraction of the programme was presence of AWWA Chairperson Padmashree Patnaik.
She appreciated the teachers of all schools for taking lot of interest in motivating students for such activities. Principal APS Akhnoor KCS Mehta appreciated teachers for organizing the event and advised the students to play to participate not to win or loose but to show your talent and have the quality of working in a team. Principal KV-1 Akhnoor was also present and he appreciated AWWA for organizing such events. |
